John and I have been in the new house for a week now, and I'm really happy with our new home. My favorite part so far is the four season sun room, I LOVE IT!! I'm in the room now, on my laptop. I feel like I'm outside, every window I look out of is pretty!
To date, I have moved, helped paint the front room (which will be my show room), and my dad has been working really hard on painting my office (THANKS DAD!!). The office is taking a while because it's all wood and there is a built in--which had wall-paper behind it.
Today I took a few pictures of the house, just to share. Enjoy!
This is the front of the house. Underneath the right bay window is a little stone patio, the stones are from Main Street in Bristol.
And this is the front room, the wall color is Benjamin Moore titanium, which I think looks great with the stone fireplace. The wood beams in this room are old telephone poles.
The window treatments were the previous owners, and I'm so happy that they go with everything I bought--one less thing to worry about. I love this little table in the corner from Ethan Allen.

These little vases are the colors (pretty much) of the upholstered furniture that is in production. The sofa is going to be a lighter color (kind of white, ivory, silver color) and I also ordered two matching chairs in a sage green color.

I totally love the plant pots I found at Lowes--I'm now a big fan of that store!!

Here is my Mac Pro, just sitting, waiting, wishing. There are no eggs in the egg boxes--FYI they are fabulous for moving.

And the twins, also waiting patiently to be placed in their new home.

Here's my office, in it's current state. The paint was peeling off the walls, which is why we decided to go through and paint. I have A LOT of stuff and once I get it in here, I'm not going to want to move it out. There are doors that go on the bottom of the built-in, which are in the garage drying.

This plant was given to us by our new neighbors--isn't that so nice?!

And the bleeding hearts are in the yard, I can't wait to see what else pops up.
