Lauryn Elizabeth's Announcements

I am so excited to share with you all Lauryn Elizabeth's birth announcements. Sarah, my best friend and matron of honor at my wedding, said she wanted Emersyn to announce the baby's birth on the card. 

This is what I came up with, note the front is vertical and the back is horizontal (for ordering purposes both are left in vertical format). Enjoy!

Lauren & Ben's Thank You Notes

Lauren and Ben worked really hard to get the perfect thank you note layout. Here's what they decided to go with. Enjoy!

Back of card - Lauren's sister Noelle came up with the idea to put their names on the awning. The wording came from Lauren and Ben's wedding song, Then.

Tamara and Sean's Guest Signature Book

Tamara and Sean received a Guest Signature Book for Tamara's wedding shower, which is why I haven't blogged about the book yet! To match their invites I used a scroll-y font in red and black. Simple and elegant!

Jessica & Tim's Guest Signature Book

I recently placed the order for Jessica and Tim's Guest Signature Book! I am so proud of this one and I'm going to tell you why! I always ask for the invite for inspiration in making the guest book. I try to make the font and colors match. Well, Jessica and Tim's invites were the perfect inspiration.The J&T stamp came right off the cover of the invite and into their guest signature book, love that! The colors for the wedding are sage green and ivory.

Our Save the Dates

Today as I was fetching the garbage bins at the end of the driveway, I noticed the mailbox was open and the mailman had delivered. There was a large white envelope sticking outside of the box, I picked it up and there it was, my engagement session on DVD disc. My heart stopped: nervous, excited, scared to death (yikes, pictures of me--I prefer behind the glass not in front of it). 

I'm so pleased to share a couple images on my blog, taken by the fabulous and talented Laura Pineda of Alternate Angles. I have followed her work for years, assisted at several weddings, and now she's taking my pictures. I'm thrilled!

I haven't sent this to print yet, so any feedback would be considered. This is my draft of our save the dates--think 5"x7" in size and the pearl paper.

My Holiday Card Design

This year I really wanted to do a personal holiday card. I've been doing business-y cards for several years. Now that Roxy is around, I feel the need to have her send my holiday wishes to all!

I just took these pics today--not thinking that I was even going to take portraits of the pup. I went outside to take pics of the house (I've moved in 2009), and Roxy was being such a good girl that I was able to get her sitting still in front of the tree .

This shall be the inside spread...I wasn't going to do a pic in the background because I know it's a bit overboard. However, that's me with this dog, overboard. LOVE HER!!

 

This would be the back, but on my version I've put our new address and phone number--since some people might not have it.
